Kaitlyn Huder - Model Interview:

 

- Give me some basic information about yourself. (Where are you from? Where do/did you go to high school/college? What are some of your main interests and hobbies? etc ) 

I'm located in Berlin , NJ ( South Jersey ). I attend Eastern High School . I'm applying to colleges now - we'll see who accepts me!

- How would you describe your professional interests? 

I would like to earn some cash on the side and perhaps do some editorial work. My interests are not extremely serious, but if presented with an opportunity - I would take it.

- What's your background in modeling? When and why did you get started? Was it for the glamour? The money? Pure kicks? 

I have no 'real' background. A lot of my friends are into photography and often ask me to model for them. It's fun for me and a way for us all to bond and create art together! 

- Who are some of your favorite models and designers ?

models: Abbie Lee Kershaw, Chanel Iman, Karlie Kloss, Miranda Kerr, Sasha Pivavarova

desginers: Balenciaga(from beginning to now with  Ghesquiere) , Balmain, Karen Walker, Chloe, Anna Sui, Sue Wong (her newer collections), Valentino

- Which fashion magazines, websites, blogs, and catalogs do you visit most often? 

I really don't have a place I go to. It's more I just search what I want to know and often find myself linking from site to site.  

- Do you have any other experience in the fashion industry (writing, photography, marketing, etc.)?

Nothing.

- What other modeling projects have you done? Could you provide links? 

Nothing that's been published.

- Out of all of the photos the photographer took of you, which is your favorite and why?

Well if you mean my friends, I think my favorite is a black and white photo a girl named Katerina Patouhas shot. I think it really captures that moment in time for all the people involved.

- What is fun and rewarding about modeling? 

For me, with each picture I take, unless I'm playing myself, I try to create a person that I can slip into. So when I'm modeling I'm not Kait - I'm whoever i have created. That way there is no awkwardness and you can really just let yourself go which is what I love most about modeling : the feeling of freedom.

- What do you dislike about modeling?

I am pretty sure it can be very judgmental.

- Your Favorite MTV Artist/Band ?

Does this mean like pop band? I really like Taylor Swift.

- Porn or Horn ? 

No porn!
