D-Bag BIO:

Very young upcoming Dj and Producer, D-Bag is Off Limits’ new artist.
Better knowkn as Riccardo Marchi, he signed with Off Limits in 2008 and in the first
year he produced tracks in the minimal genre, like Flat Balloon (P&C 2008 Minimoff)
and Ex Nocte Diem (P&C 2008 Minimoff). Both the productions entered in Beatport
Minimal Chart.
“Up to the boy” (Flat Frog), with Congorock’s and Toxic Avenger’s remixes and
supported by the French Stereo Heroes e Mustard Pimp, is the debut elctro-funk
single for D-Bag.
Riki (aka D-Bag) has a packed schedule for the next months, as he adds his signature
style to a remix for Benny Benassi’s vocalist Sandy Chambers and on the horizon is
the new single “My brother was a rockstarter” (Flat Frog), where D-Bag’s punk side
and his love for The Prodigy stand out to create his personalized electro-punk style.

Do you Like/Write Weird Music ??
Yes, I do, I really like listening to this kind of weird music and also tryin' to write it.

When and where did your experience in music start?
8/9 years ago when I started to doing stuff with my old Pc, using ameteur stuff that now makes me laugh.

What are you currently working on and what are your plans for the rest of the year ?
This year is over man... mmm... I'm preparing a new Ep that will support and push my first release "my brother was a rockstarter" with a new sound style like an elecrto/indie style... I'm actually workin' on another project but it's a secret... Shhhhhhh

What do you consider your greatest inspirational sources in music?
All kinds of genres that make me jump on my chair.

Please describe your personal studio for us...
My studio is quiet simple, 2 big speakers, a mac pro, a big screen and other stuff that I don't know what is for, but it makes my mix louder.

What are your favorite readings ?
